When I started Emerson Pearls, I wasn’t thinking about building a swimwear company.

I was thinking about my daughters.

I kept noticing something small but powerful: When girls feel comfortable in what they’re wearing…they move differently.

They swim farther.
They climb the dock.
They paddle out.
They stay in the water longer.

But so much of girls’ swimwear isn’t designed for that.

It’s designed to look cute sitting poolside.

Not for swimming.
Not for paddleboarding.
Not for the kind of active childhood most of us want our kids to have.

And when something feels uncomfortable, restrictive, or constantly needs adjusting…Girls start to hold back.

That realization became the foundation of Emerson Pearls.

We design swimwear that won’t hold her back — so girls can move freely, stay active, and build confidence by the water.

Because sometimes confidence doesn’t start with a big moment.

Sometimes it starts with something as simple as feeling comfortable enough to jump in.
